  • Experience

In 2012 I started my career in the NYC Shelter System, this was profound experience, I learned a lot during my 6 years with the shelter and still feel a strong tie to the homeless community. During my time in the shelter I gained a lot of experience and working with people with trauma connected with me most. I wanted to continue work with trauma in a deeper more impactful way.

In 2018 I transitioned into private practice and began training in prolonged exposure therapy, a gold standard treatment for PTSD symptoms. I now specialize in exposure therapy for adults with trauma, anxiety disorders and obsessive compulsive disorder.
