My Approach

I use a person-centered and integrated approach specialized to your unique needs. I aim to partner with you through the therapeutic process, be your coach and cheerleader. I specialize in exposure therapy and treat Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Anxiety Disorders and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. Utilizing evidence based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Prolonged Exposure Therapy, Exposure Response Prevention and Mindfulness. I believe in the healing power of animals and integrate my dog Honey (pictured below) as a comfort animal in my practice.



Why Therapy?

Trauma and anxiety can creep into our lives and hide in many ways such as loss of connection in relationships, getting stuck by negative thoughts about yourself and the world and sometimes manifests as physical symptoms like stomach aches or headaches.
